At My Fish House, we take great care in delivering healthy fish and quality products right to your door. Please read our policies below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
🚚 Live Fish Shipping
Shipping Days: We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the risk of delays and ensure fish arrive quickly and safely.
Carriers: USPS or UPS, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.
Packaging: All live animals are shipped in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
❗ Please make sure someone is home to receive your fish on the first delivery attempt.
🐟 Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all fish.
If a fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival):
Take clear photos within 2 hours of delivery.
Email the photos to myfishhouse@yahoo.com.
We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or store credit for the value of the fish.
Note: Shipping fees are not refundable. Failure to follow these steps may void the guarantee.
📦 Dry Goods & Accessories

Returns: We accept returns of unused dry goods (like accessories) within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions: Items must be in original packaging and unused.

In extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping to protect your fish. We'll notify you of any changes and work with you to reschedule shipping.
