At My Fish House, we take great care in delivering healthy fish and quality products right to your door. Please read our policies below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

🚚 Live Fish Shipping

  • Shipping Days: We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the risk of delays and ensure fish arrive quickly and safely.

  • Carriers: USPS or UPS, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

  • Packaging: All live animals are shipped in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

❗ Please make sure someone is home to receive your fish on the first delivery attempt.

🐟 Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)

  • We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all fish.

  • If a fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival):

  • Take clear photos within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Email the photos to myfishhouse@yahoo.com.

  • We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or store credit for the value of the fish.


Note: Shipping fees are not refundable. Failure to follow these steps may void the guarantee.

📦 Dry Goods & Accessories

  • Returns: We accept returns of unused dry goods (like accessories) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original packaging and unused.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please contact us before returning any items.

❄️ Weather Conditions

In extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping to protect your fish. We'll notify you of any changes and work with you to reschedule shipping.
