🐠 What types of fish do you sell?We specialize in cichlids but also offer shrimp, snails, beginner-friendly community fish, and live aquatic plants. All fish are bred and raised by us here in Northern California.

📦 Where do you ship?We currently ship within the USA only. Live fish are shipped via USPS or UPS with insulated packaging to ensure safe arrival.

📅 When do you ship live fish?To ensure the health of our fish, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. This helps avoid weekend delays and keeps your fish safe in transit.

🐟 Are your fish tank-raised?Yes! Every fish we sell is tank-raised in our facility — not wild-caught. We raise them with care to ensure they are healthy, well-fed, and accustomed to aquarium life.

💧 What water parameters are your fish raised in?Most of our fish are kept in: Temperature: 76–80°F pH: 7.2–7.8 Hardness: Moderate We recommend slow acclimation to your tank to reduce stress.

🔁 What’s your live arrival guarantee?We offer a live arrival guarantee on all fish orders. If a fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send a photo within 2 hours of delivery, and we’ll issue a credit or replacement.

💸 Do you accept returns?Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns on fish. However, for dry goods and accessories, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging). Please contact us first!
